We provide much more than just a framing package. We have many services available  to help you complete your new home or garage with as little stress as possible. Some of the things that we can provide to the owner builder are:

1. We help with any changes that you wish to make to our signature series plans, or help your designs from a conceptual idea, in order to create something unique to your lifestyle.

2. We can put you in contact with companies that we work with in order to acquire financing for your new home or garage.

3. We visit your building site to help you decide where to place your new home. Using years of experience, we can help you find the most attractive angles, the best views of/from your new home.

4. We can help you acquire your building permit; we can either advise you on where and whom you need to go to, or we can acquire the building permit for you; resulting in getting through the permit process with as little trouble as possible.

5. Once the building permit is acquired, you can then hire a general contractor or sub-contractors to complete the phases of construction that you don't wish to do yourself. If you have trouble finding a sub-contractor, we will do what we can to assist you.

6. We can also provide you with the technical expertise on the phases of construction that you chose to complete yourself.

7. When the framing package is delivered, we will take a complete inventory of the home, making sure that everything that was intended to be included is there.

8. We make progress checks throughout the project if desired, to help ensure that everything is going as smoothly as possible with the installation of the framing package.
